The Cape Wrath Ultra is an 8 day, 400km ultra race that starts in Fort William and ends in Cape Wrath. The terrain is trecherous and the going tough but the sense of achievement is worth it. I managed to come 3rd overall.

The Rab Mummy Silk liner is sure to add extra comfort, warmth and protect your bag. Chinese silk is one of the lightest natural fibres, giving great warmth for weight, as well as a bit of luxury!
